FAQ
When do I pay?
Payment for the basic party (for up to 15 kids) and any other fixed costs (rocket launch, etc) is due one week prior to the party. Payment for any variable costs (extra children, goody bags, etc) is due after your party and a second invoice will be sent out.
+Do I need to provide anything?
We need a folding table or card table so the Mad Scientist can setup the equipment. We will also need access to water for set-up and clean-up and access to electricity. Please let us know if your party location does not have either of these. The Glow party requires darkness and Chem requires tables for kids with tablecloths.
+How far in advance do I need to book my party?
Our party schedule fills up quickly. We suggest you book well in advance to get the date and time you want. Generally, at least 5 weeks in advance is recommended.
+In what locations in the Maritimes do you offer parties?
We are currently offering parties across Nova Scotia. Though we have some staff outside of HRM, mileage may be charged at 0.50/km from our office in Dartmouth.
